Shipping Policy
 
Web Line Direct LLC ships via UPS exclusively.
All orders accepted by Web Line Direct LLC Direct will be processed within 24 hours.
Customer will receive an email confirmation of order.

All items deemed as stock by the manufacturer will be shipped within 3 working days. If shipment of any item is estimated to be longer than 5 working days, customer will be notified of that estimated ship date. The order may be cancelled as per the Order Cancellation procedure.

Customer will receive email notification of shipment with order tracking information when made available by the processing Manufacturer.
Any damage claims must be submitted to Web Line Direct LLC Direct within 3 days of receipt of order. All claims must be submitted as per the Warranty Claim procedure.

Warranty Policy
 
Web Line Direct LLC supports the manufacturers’ original product warranty, terms and conditions.
 
To view or print a product warranty statement, download manufacturer’s product sales sheet on the corresponding product page.
 
If product is deemed to be defective under the manufacturers’ warranty, product will be repaired or replaced only. Any product deemed not defective will be returned to purchaser.

Order Cancellation Policy
 
Web Line Direct will cancel any order PRIOR to shipment at no charge. Submit any cancellation by E-mail to sales@weblinedirect.com , include First Name, Last name, E-mail address, Order Confirmation Number, and Product Description. You will need to supply contact information in the event we have questions regarding your cancellation.
 
Product Return Policy
 
All requests to return product must be submitted with reason for such return. All returns will be subject to a 25% product restock charge. Customer will be responsible for original and return freight charges. Credit card account will be credited for the item's original returned billed cost less 25%. Credit will be issued when Web Line Direct is notified by manufacturer of receipt of returned product. No product may be returned without a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number issued by HVAC Solutions Direct. No products can be returned after 10 days of receipt of product by customer. 
 
If a product item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing supplied by the manufacturer, Web Line Direct has the option to refuse or cancel any order for that product item.
