WEB LINE DIRECT LLC owns and operates HVAC Solutions Direct.com, Duct and Dampers.com and Vent Fans Xpress.com. WEB LINE DIRECT LLC  has been supplying the HVAC Industry for over 30 years. We strive to sell the highest quality products – support these products with complete technical information and manufacturer’s original warranties.

All references to Web Line Direct LLC includes past references to Applied Air Products LLC.

ACCEPTED CREDIT CARDS

VISA, MasterCard and American Express Credit Cards are accepted.

No order is accepted until credit card payment has been approved and processed by Authorize.net. Customer will receive a Web Site order confirmation and credit transaction statement from Authorize.net.

NORMAL ORDER PROCESSING TIME 

Order processing time is subject to that of the product manufacturer. Normal processing lead time is 3-5 business days for in-inventory manufacturer stock products. Allow 7-10 business days for non-inventory manufacturer stock products. 

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

Products are shipped from the individual manufacturers. If your order contains products from different manufacturers – the order will be shipped from different locations with varying processing and UPS transit times. UPS Next Day Air or 2ND Day Air options do not infer expedited order processing and apply only as to the shipping method once the order has been processed by the manufacturer.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Web Line Direct LLC will accept any order cancellation PRIOR to shipment with no penalty. Customer will contact Customer Service 215-257-3719. If product has already shipped, Customer may be responsible for return shipping charges and manufacturers restock charges.

PRODUCT / ORDER RETURN POLICY

  • All requests to return product must be submitted with reason for such return.
  • All returns will be subject to a manufacturer’s imposed 25% product  restock charge. Customer will be responsible for original and return freight charges.
  • Credit card account will be credited for the item's original returned billed cost less 25%. Customer Credit will be issued when Web Line Direct  LLC has been issued credit for returned product by the manufacturer. 
  • No product may be returned without a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number issued by Web Line Direct  LLC.  No products can be returned after 30 days of receipt of product by customer.
  • Web Line Direct LLC WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE for any product returned directly to them.
     

PRODUCT WARRANTY PROCEEDURE 

  • All Products carry the manufacturer’s original warranty. Customer may be responsible for the return charges. No labor credit is available.
  • Warranty claims are processed by Web Line Direct LLC.
  • Customer will contact Web Line Direct LLC customer service for Return Authorization Information and procedure. Product is to be returned to manufacturer only.
  • Web Line Direct LLC.WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE for any product returned directly to the manufacturer without proper Return Authorization.
