Ventilation is important to maintaining a healthy living environment. The Kitchen and Bathroom are typical areas where ventilation is required. Bathroom Exhaust Fans help to eliminate moisture responsible for mold and mildew growth. Bathroom Exhaust Fans are available in new installation and retrofit kit models, ceiling and wall applications. Other Bathroom Exhaust Fans and Kitchen Ventilation Fans are installed as In-line Duct Exhaust Fans. In-line Exhaust Fans are generally mounted as part of the ventilation duct work providing quiet ventilation and single or dual vent exhaust.  In-Line Exhaust Fans offer higher performance than standard Bathroom or Kitchen Exhaust Fans.

Ceiling Vent Fans penetrate the fire resistive membrane designed to protect a structure from heat and subsequent potential collapse. A Ceiling Radiation Damper installed between the Vent Fan Motor Housing and Grille is designed to diminish the heat distribution. It employs an Insulation Blanket which closes off the opening in an emergency by means of a heat-sensitive fusible link.
