EZ-STRIP Spacers increase the R-Value of Refelective & Polyester Insulation. Provide a Dead-Air Space around wrapped Duct required by the Insulation Manufacturers.
- Air Spacer increases R-Value from 4.3 to 6
- Open Truss Design provides continuous Air Space equally
- Use on Rectangular, Round and Spiral Duct
- Wrap Fittings and Plenums with the required airspace
- Insures Duct integrity with continuous rails down the duct edges
- Provides rigidity for hanging duct or running across the joists
- Large Duct requires Spacer down center
- Spacers should be placed every 24 to 36 inches
- Ez-STRIP Spacer is in 2' sections - 20 per box
- Spacer can be cut with Snips to the desired length
